I like updates on the status of the repair via email. I also like that the inside was vacuumed and cleaned.

Worst

There was grease on my visor and my sunroof. The tray in the trunk was damaged.

Could not have had better service 7/9/2012

The employees at RPM have a customer service ethic that I thought had died. Their patience with the most basic of questions was so welcome given the stress of the circumstances. The concept of sending out emails giving the status of the work was what clinched it for me. The vehicle was delivered clean, intact and looking like nothing ever happened. more

Awesome service 6/29/2012

The crew at RPM was absolutely top notch. My work was insurance work, and not only did they take care of everything required, they also took care of a couple of other minor dents for me. The final product was excellent, and the communication and professionalism of every person I worked with was outstanding. If I even need a body shop again, this is where I will go. more

Everyone at RPM Collision & Services was really helpful and friendly. I had to take my car back twice, and it was not a problem. The work they did to my vehicle was great as well. They even cleaned my car both times that I took it back to them. It was great. more
