I like updates on the status of the repair via email. I also like that the inside was vacuumed and cleaned.

Worst

There was grease on my visor and my sunroof. The tray in the trunk was damaged.

Need to listen to customer on the how the vehicle was before the accident and fix it completely, also ask if their are any waranties on the damage area of the car, this releaves the customer of so much money to pay out. more

Great service 4/27/2011

The repair was definitely done to my satisfaction, and it was completed a day prior to the initial pick up date. I also appreciate the automatic updates that are emailed to keep the customer aware of what's going on with their car. All in all I'd say it was a pretty good experience. more

They did a fantastic job with the body work, had outstanding customer service with daily updates on progress, and they even took the time to clean and vacuum out the car before we got it back. I've never had a body shop actually come out to the car to inspect with you when they were done and explain the work that they did and ensure satisfaction with the job prior to going to R.P.M. more

The staff at RPM was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner actually helped me switch my car seat base from my car to a rental which was a life saver! They did a terrific job on the repairs and kept me up to date daily via email on the status of my car. Very professional and I would recommend them to anyone! more

Great Repair 3/28/2011

It all started when I got into a car sandwich accident. Then the insurance company Progressive called me and recommended RPM. From the moment I first stepped into the shop the service given to me by everyone was of the up most quality. Whatever question I had and whenever I asked they answered with a straight forwardness. They even finish my repair earlier than I expected. They did all of which we agreed upon and nothing else. If you haven't used RPM then you don't know what you're missing. more

Quality work, poor service 3/26/2011

1. Paul and front desk staff knew I'd scheduled my car for drop off and rental car on Monday 3/14. They knew the supplemental insurance quote had been requested. They knew money was a concern to me. Nobody bothered to call me to tell me that the Geico supplemental insurance adjuster hadn't been heard from. I wasted an unnecessary day of car rental (and attendant insurance coverage) because no one followed up. 2. I was told on the evening of March 17 that the car couldn't be released until full payment was received. I responded that I had been told by the insurance company that the full amount had been issued. Paul checked the file, and stated that oh no, only the supplemental check had been received. I followed up with the insurance company and another check was issued. That second check had to be cancelled when I reviewed the payments online over the weekend, and learned that in fact the full amount had been paid, two days prior to Paul telling me that only partial payment had been received. 3. The work is beautiful, but the window gasket wasn't in on time. Paul told me the old one had been put on and that the new one could be installed in half an hour when it arrived. When the service manager called me to tell me it had arrived, he told me it would actually take an hour to install. Now I have to schedule time off work in order to get the car back in there, and I have no confidence that it will actually be completed in a timely manner. RESPONSE FROM RPM Collision & Services: Customer fails to mention that RPM provided the rental car free of charge for the the 5 days which the repair took. (Geico had estimated 21 days for the repair) At the time the customer inquired as to whether the insurance check had been paid, RPM had not received the check and apparently the check was in transit through the mail. The estimated installation differential between 1/2 and 1 hour for the window molding does not appear significant enough to impact a decision on whether to take an entire day off from work. The customer agrees the quality was excellent and the repairs were completed in 1/4 the time estimated by her insurance company. more

I was impressed by the service and the knowlwdge of the staff. the work was done well and timely. you have a future customer. i requested a oil change but the window sticker was not applied so therefore i was not certain that the job was done. i checked the oil it looked clean but it would be better to have the reminder sticker in the window as to when i need the oil changed again other than that the experience was great. more

Outstanding 3/11/2011

The body work and other repairs were of the highest quality, but it's the extras that made the experience so great. The attentiveness or the staff and promptness to contact you with updated information. This is especially true of Victor who saved me thousands on recommended repairs I received from VW. Turns out their recommendations were incorrect on several points. Victor came up with the right answers and made the repairs for me. Very friendly staff and rapid response to issues. I will certainly bring my cars to RPM for any maintenance while I live in this area and make a strong recommendation from them to anyone needing car maintenance. Again, special thanks to Victor. more
