I like updates on the status of the repair via email. I also like that the inside was vacuumed and cleaned.

Worst

There was grease on my visor and my sunroof. The tray in the trunk was damaged.

Excellent customer service. 10/7/2010

My experience with RPM Collision and Service was very good. I was involved in an accident, and the person who hit me has Progressive Insurance. I found out that Progressive frequently uses RPM. The whole process was convenient. Their customer service was excellent. They kept in contact with me the whole time, so I always knew what was going on. The job looked great when it was done, so I was very pleased. I didn't even realize they were located here until the accident happened. I have no complaints. more

Unsatisfactory 9/17/2010

I would never take my car to your shop again. I think the non-English speaking people working in the front office are un-friendly and un-professional and does not speak English well. Very aloof and un-concerned. RESPONSE FROM RPM Collision & Services: Customer had no negative words regarding the actual repair work done to his vehicle. I had nothing but a pleasant experience with this service. i had to get som crash damage repaired and when I got it back my car looked like nothing ever happened to it!!! Great Job RPM!!! more

RPM has always done a good job on vehicles I've needed work on. I found out about then through my insurance, which they work very well with!! I love how they keep you up on the status of your vehicle when it's in their possession. I love the new space that they have moved to has a very nice look and feel to it. more

When I first brought my car there for repair, I was very impressed by the greeting I received when I walked through the doors. I would highly recommend anyone that has had problems with their car to come to RPM. I was going to write you a letter stating how thankful I am in the response I receive each time something was being done to my car. Your company is EXCELLENT. more

Excellent, even the bathrooms were clean 8/23/2010

I was in a car accident June 10, and Progressive Insurance referred me to RPM Collision and Service. I never knew who they were so I didn't have a choice but to trust them. I was very impressed. They fixed the whole back bumper, it looks good. Everyone's been giving compliments. The gentleman who fixed the truck told me some additional things, saying my back brake light was burnt out. He more or less did a diagnosis of the truck. For them to go beyond what my truck was just in for, I was very impressed. more

My experience with RPM has been a good thing. I have had the pleasure of RPM doing a paint job on my bumper an front in and I'am realy pleased with the paint job and the cleaning up of my vechile. I only wish I had known about your company before hand, because my dealer did a full body paint job and Iam not that impressed. By experiencing several body issues with this car, I'm telling everybody I know about RPM Collision Service. Thank You Doris Johnson more

Quick, painless experience. 7/30/2010

My experience with RPM Collision was very simple and straight forward. They took care of all the insurance issues that they could, so I didn't have to worry. It was nice to go to a place that I knew wasn't going to screw me. I was very happy with the experience. I was side swiped on the back, right side, and there were some scrapes and a dent. They fixed the dent, the scratches, and did all the painting. It was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend them. more

Front End Work/Window Replacement 7/9/2010

I brought my car to RPM on two occasions, once for front end work and then to get my front windshield replaced. They were very helpful with any questions I had; and also explained to me what work was being performed on my car. My car was cleaned up for me once they were done working on it, and were available for any other questions I had. more

They made it convenient, quick, and had great customer service. 6/23/2010

The representatives from RPM Collision and Service were friendly and helpful. When I brought my car there they had really early hours, which was very helpful as I go to work early. Someone hit my car, so RPM Collision replaced the fender and the rubber around the fender. It was done seamlessly. I like the fact that the rental car company comes there. more

RPM Collision has given me great customer service. Everyone is very polite. They really take good care of their customers. I have hail damage on my cars, and I took my first car to them to see how they do work. They did a great job with it, so I am bringing my other car there as well. more

They do good work. 6/8/2010

This was my second time using RPM Collision and Service. The first time they did work on another truck I had. I turned it in, and in about a week I got it back. They did a very good job; it is a new truck, and it came back looking new. This time using them there was one problem. I don't feel like they put my truck back exactly the same way it was, but it was a misunderstanding. My truck's front end has been altered, and I gave them invoices of where to get the parts. When they put the bumper back on there was a gap, and as a business owner myself, I felt they should have noticed it instead of me pointing it out. They did eventually fix it for me. Even though RPM Collision and Service did not get it back exactly the same, I know that they really do good work. I am satisfied with their service. more
