Review content:
I had some doubts about credibility when I was able to retrieve my car and drive away after paying the amount due according to the computer records. However, latervI was told I needed to come back and pay an extra amount of $1500.00 for additional services rendered.
This behavior looked suspicious, mmmmmmmmmmmm

RESPONSE FROM RPM Collision & Services:
Customer had received two checks from the insurance company for her car and did not mention it to us. Therefore after talking to the insurance company she was notified to bring the check and give it to the shop. The shop collected only the amount that was due to them from the insurance company.
