RPM did a great job. Everything went smoothly, they kept me updated and there was literally nothing to worry about. They set up the rental car and everything.
Between the folks at RPM and the insurance rep, things couldn't have gone any more smoothly.
I will certainly use RPM again, just hope I don't need to.
