I like updates on the status of the repair via email. I also like that the inside was vacuumed and cleaned.

Worst

There was grease on my visor and my sunroof. The tray in the trunk was damaged.

I used RPM because I had an accident and have to come to this center due to Progressive Insurance. Even though at first this was a minor inconvenience, I really appreciated their speedy work and got my car repaired in a short amount of time. I would recommend this place if you have any kind of accidents and need a repairs on your car. They do high quality work and finish fast. more

Good service 10/14/2011

Very good service. The only issue is the many calls from different techs regarding the services that need to be done. I even got a call telling me the vehicle was done and ready for pick up when it really wasn't. I think all the techs should be on the same page, meaning when all the work is done on checking the vehicle one person calls to let you know the findings not multiple people. more

I really like the daily text messages to let you know the different stages of work being done on your car. Person calling to leave message, was very efficient, but because they say it so often, I had a difficult time capturing the call back number. more

Quick and excellent job 8/21/2011

SUV in for collision repair needed back quick for upcoming vacation. Completed quicker than insurance company estimate. Looks great, cannot tell replacement parts from original. RPM cleaned the entire car, inside and out, topped up windshield fluid, before returning. Really liked the daily email update of status. more
