Review content:
The body work and other repairs were of the highest quality, but it's the extras that made the experience so great. The attentiveness or the staff and promptness to contact you with updated information. This is especially true of Victor who saved me thousands on recommended repairs I received from VW. Turns out their recommendations were incorrect on several points. Victor came up with the right answers and made the repairs for me. Very friendly staff and rapid response to issues. I will certainly bring my cars to RPM for any maintenance while I live in this area and make a strong recommendation from them to anyone needing car maintenance. Again, special thanks to Victor.
