Always friendly 4/18/2011

The staff is always friendly. I always receive a phone call describing the problem, what the solution will be, and the anticpated cost. If something else is found, I receive another phone call. Their car service drop off at work is another bonus. I also like the rewards program. It has helped to defray some part of the cost of repair everytime I go in. more

Pleasant experience 4/15/2011

My family's visit to Huntersville Ford was wonderful the entire staff from our sales person to the finance manager we signed papers with treated us in a professional and friendly manner. I would recommend this dealership and the employees I felt with to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Excellent 4/13/2011

I would give this dealership an overall rating of Excellent in the service department. I bought my Taurus in CA, but moved here and the service has unfailingly been excellent with constant attention to the details I wanted looked after. Every effort has always been made to satisfy my requests, and there have been no screwups! Furthermore, the service people, John and the techs, have made some excellent suggestions for work needing done to my car. If I wanted to buy a new car, this dealership would be the place! more

Dealership renewed my faith in Ford as I was very disappointed how my local dealership Mooresville had treated me over the years. I have purchased 11 Ford vehicles over the past 20 years and 7 other brands. I prefer Ford as most have always preformed outstanding except my 2009 F-150 which has had multiple problems but, I remain loyal because of how I was treated at Huntersville Ford. more

Best Service 4/5/2011

I took my car in for an oil change to Huntersville Ford last week and had one of the best service visits I've ever had. I called ahead for an appointment, but was told that they actually had a Quick Lane Auto Center and I could just walk in at my convenience. I really liked the fact that they were open until 8pm and easily fit me in when I got there after work. I was in and out in less time than they told me I would be, and they even allowed me to take advantage of their online oil change special even though I forgot my coupon. They were so nice and professional and the work was done quickly. I was very impressed and will recommend them to anyone looking for a place to get service done. Their cashier even set me up with a free customer program that allows me to earn money towards my next visits. That's awesome! I'm all for free money! more

Professional, knowledgeable and courteous 3/30/2011

after calling on the phone with a loud noise in the drive train in my ford edge.Clifford ask a few questions and ask if I could get my ford to the shop? I drove to the shop and explained that I was from out of town and neede to get on the road by Wednesday ifat all possible. The service department called me back and stated they have my problem and my edge would be done by 4 o'clock on Tuesday. They fixed the problem,washed, and did a sevice check. This is service I never recieved before from aguy that was always a chevy man.When the time comes for a new vehicle I will make a trip to see my family and give Huntersville Ford the first opportunity to sell me a new ford. I would like to also state that I was treated with respect and Cliffiord was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.And I would like to take this time to thank Huntersville Ford. more

Huntersville Ford is the BEST! I am a former saleswoman from Beaufort South Carolina and I would not deal with any other dealership around here. After a horrible experience with Keith Hawthorne Ford we drove to several different dealerships and ended up at Huntersville Ford. Here we purchased not 1 but 2 BRAND NEW vehicles. The salesman were amazing. They had no idea of my sales background and didnt try to give me the "run around" that most sales people are known for. Our payments are actually lower than we needed them to be with added extras! I even got 0% for 72 months. I would definatly reccomend them to any of my friends and family and I continue to go to them for Service and always will. Huntersville Ford is the place to go! more

Had A Good Experience 3/16/2011

I have always had a good experience working with my service manager Paul Adamski. Paul has always been professional and kind – even through the A/C fiasco - and I really appreciate his style of customer service. This past visit I was on a teleconference and he basically handled the whole thing with very few words and a few hand gestures from me!! The woman who checked me out at the payment counter was equally kind, quick and effective with little input from me. I let her know that I wanted to pay for the visit with my credit balance (reward-type program you run) and she took care of it right away – again, with little input from me. I like and trust Paul and will continue to bring my 2006 Expedition in with no concern. Great job, Paul!! The service manager who sits to the left of him is always nice and personable as well. It doesn’t hurt that he is a Notre Dame as I am! ;-) more

Such Exceptional Service 3/10/2011

I recently moved from Wisconsin to North Carolina and I have had my car serviced at your dealership a couple of times. Because of the experience I had with Huntersville Ford on 2/22/2011, I do not want to take my Mercury Milan anywhere else for future service needs. My recent trip to Huntersville Ford was the 2nd time that Cliff Broderick was my first point of contact for servicing my vehicle. The situation with my car could have been an extreme inconvenience and frustration to me for the past 2 days it was at the dealership for service. However, Cliff provided such exceptional service to put me at ease, and by doing so, he turned the negative situation into a positive one. Although he was already busy by the time I arrived that morning, he made me feel welcome, he took the time to listen to my concerns, he resolved every issue I mentioned, he assisted in getting me a vehicle so that I was able to make it work, he continuously followed up with me regarding the status of my car, and he completed everything even sooner than he said he would. He didn't just provide service- he went above-and-beyond to make sure my car and I had "award winning" service. I have never had such a positive experience from such an inconvenient situation. Cliff Broderick truly is a blessing to have in your dealership, and he is the reason I will return for future service needs. Ford produces exceptional vehicles, and Huntersville Ford(particularly employees like Cliff Broderick) continues to enhance Ford's exceptional quality of the vehicle by providing incomparable service. more
