I have always had a good experience working with my service manager Paul Adamski. Paul has always been professional and kind – even through the A/C fiasco - and I really appreciate his style of customer service. This past visit I was on a teleconference and he basically handled the whole thing with very few words and a few hand gestures from me!! The woman who checked me out at the payment counter was equally kind, quick and effective with little input from me. I let her know that I wanted to pay for the visit with my credit balance (reward-type program you run) and she took care of it right away – again, with little input from me. I like and trust Paul and will continue to bring my 2006 Expedition in with no concern. Great job, Paul!! The service manager who sits to the left of him is always nice and personable as well. It doesn’t hurt that he is a Notre Dame as I am! ;-)
