I recently moved from Wisconsin to North Carolina and I have had my car serviced at your dealership a couple of times. Because of the experience I had with Huntersville Ford on 2/22/2011, I do not want to take my Mercury Milan anywhere else for future service needs. My recent trip to Huntersville Ford was the 2nd time that Cliff Broderick was my first point of contact for servicing my vehicle. The situation with my car could have been an extreme inconvenience and frustration to me for the past 2 days it was at the dealership for service. However, Cliff provided such exceptional service to put me at ease, and by doing so, he turned the negative situation into a positive one. Although he was already busy by the time I arrived that morning, he made me feel welcome, he took the time to listen to my concerns, he resolved every issue I mentioned, he assisted in getting me a vehicle so that I was able to make it work, he continuously followed up with me regarding the status of my car, and he completed everything even sooner than he said he would. He didn't just provide service- he went above-and-beyond to make sure my car and I had "award winning" service. I have never had such a positive experience from such an inconvenient situation. Cliff Broderick truly is a blessing to have in your dealership, and he is the reason I will return for future service needs. Ford produces exceptional vehicles, and Huntersville Ford(particularly employees like Cliff Broderick) continues to enhance Ford's exceptional quality of the vehicle by providing incomparable service.
