after calling on the phone with a loud noise in the drive train in my ford edge.Clifford ask a few questions and ask if I could get my ford to the shop?
I drove to the shop and explained that I was from out of town and neede to get on the road by Wednesday ifat all possible. The service department called me back and stated they have my problem and my edge would be done by 4 o'clock on Tuesday. They fixed the problem,washed, and did a sevice check. This is service I never recieved before from aguy that was always a chevy man.When the time comes for a new vehicle I will make a trip to see my family and give Huntersville Ford the first opportunity to sell me a new ford. I would like to also state that I was treated with respect and Cliffiord was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.And I would like to take this time to thank Huntersville Ford.
