I took my car in for an oil change to Huntersville Ford last week and had one of the best service visits I've ever had.
I called ahead for an appointment, but was told that they actually had a Quick Lane Auto Center and I could just walk in at my convenience. I really liked the fact that they were open until 8pm and easily fit me in when I got there after work. I was in and out in less time than they told me I would be, and they even allowed me to take advantage of their online oil change special even though I forgot my coupon.
They were so nice and professional and the work was done quickly. I was very impressed and will recommend them to anyone looking for a place to get service done.
Their cashier even set me up with a free customer program that allows me to earn money towards my next visits. That's awesome! I'm all for free money!
