I would give this dealership an overall rating of Excellent in the service department. I bought my Taurus in CA, but moved here and the service has unfailingly been excellent with constant attention to the details I wanted looked after. Every effort has always been made to satisfy my requests, and there have been no screwups! Furthermore, the service people, John and the techs, have made some excellent suggestions for work needing done to my car.
If I wanted to buy a new car, this dealership would be the place!
