'98 Acura TL Not starting 8/22/2013

Took my Acura in because it wouldn't start. Had to tow it in to the shop. Once it was at the shop it started up. Jim took a look at the car. They couldn't find what caused the car not to start in the first place, but were very helpful in telling me what to watch for that would indicate this or that reason for it. Definitely would recommend this place. more

waiting, waiting, waiting but still not provide good service 8/11/2013

I always pull my car to this shop for maintenance. Not long ago, I bought 4 tires from this shop, but I always found my tire pressure light on. so I went to this shop to fix. at first a guy in the shop told me it's not their problem, telling me to go to the tire store to fix it. after I complained, they agreed to check .I asked them to check if there is a nail in one of the tires. but after 3 hours, they said there was no nail, told me it's the tire pressure sensor problem and charge over $100 to fix it. after one day the tire pressure light was on again, so I switched to another shop to take a look, they found a nail in one of the tires right of way and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Purrfect auto let me wait more than 3 hours, and charge me over $100 and couldn't fix a simply problem. I am mad and angry. more

I took my car in because it was smoking. I had the engine rebuilt by Purrfect Auto in January 2013. It seems as though they did a great job of fixing it this time, and it was under warranty. I was disappointed, though, that they wouldn't help me pay for any part of the rental car I got. It wasn't my fault that the car needed to be brought back. I think they should have paid for the rental car...at least some of it ! My rental car cost me another $800 above the cost of the original engine rebuild. That cost $6000. I don't think I should have been responsible for the entire rental car bill. However, I have been generally pleased with the service at Purrfect Auto ! more

I've been here twice now with two different cars and had a great experience each time. The service is always quick and the staff is friendly and they are very honest and kind guys. Not like other places that will say any little thing is wrong just to get money! Prices are very afforadable as well. more

I took my car in to have the front brake pads replaced and my rotors resurfaced and they selected the best brake pad compound for my vehicle. No noise and no dust and they were extremely affordable. more

I thought I was going to wait a long time, but as soon as I came in they took the car in and I was out in 30 minutes. The personnel is so gracious that even if I had to wait, I would have not minded. more

Reuter feedback 7/20/2013

I was told 5W-20 oil was used in the filter and oil change. The mechanic wrote 10W-30 on the windshield plastic sticker. Which weight was used? more

Even on a Friday morning...checked my brakes, changed my oil and rotated my tires in an hour. Didn't try to sell me a brake job. Just said I should check them in 5 or 6 months. Perfect! more

I was a customer there for about 6 years in last couple of times for some reason my oil change took 4 to 5 hours. I will never go back there again. more
