New Battery 9/12/2013

I love these guys and prefer to bring my car there. Recently my AAA battery died and I brought it there to get it changed and I heard about the issues they have had with AAA batteries and orders. They were out and we needed the AAA service truck. I will keep coming back and hope they can get this snafu fixed. more

I brought my car in because of a battery problem. They checked out the car, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and told me how to prevent a recurrence. When finished, they asked if I was a AAA member. When I said I was, they told me the visit and the work was free. Such honesty is rare today. more

Had my car dropped off at 8 and back at 9, despite all systems reading nominal, they were able to provide suggestions of where I might want to focus if at all in the future. more
