I love this place, my brakes were so bad, before they did anything they inspected my car and told me what was wrong with my brakes. They were not like many of those auto repair places were they charge you and arm and a leg to fix your car. They actually explained everything to me in plain English, since I am a girl, who doesn't know cars that well...They were able to give me a great deal on my brakes. Their staff is so nice and they made sure everything was running perfect before they gave me my car back, and also they have great deals on oil changes too. I finally found a place where I can take my car to get fixed and I know they will do a great job. The manager was very helpful and was able to educate me on different parts of the car that I didn't know about. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. more

My brother drove to CA from AZ to visit me, and about 2 days after he arrived he began to have car troubles and his check engine light turned on. My neighbor recommended Purrfect Auto and so we took his car to their shop. From the very beginning this place was great! Very nice, fixed the problem, and completed their work within a day. Great Job! more

They honored the coupon I found online for A/C Service, and treated me as if I was paying full price. They did not slack in the service because I had the coupon and that is the type of business I like to deal with. Ohm and the service on my car was great too. more

This is a good shop the has some good mechanics that know their stuff. I have had good luck here over the last couple years and a few cars. They will get much more work from me in the future. I send people there whenever I can. more

Great Work! 6/17/2011

This shop took care of my car. I left the car with them on Monday. They called me at work to go over what they found and I okayed the repairs. They called back a few hours later to tell me it was ready. I picked the car up on the way home and it was running great. Simple, fast and easy. Thanks again. more

Great reliable shop right down the street from my house. I never have far to go if there is a problem with my car. I?m lucky they are so close because my car is not that great to begin with. Purrfect has kept it running for quite some time. more

Trustworthy Shop 5/24/2011

Since 2003 all of the necessary maintenance work on my 2 vehicles has been done at Purrfect Auto Service! I have personally always found the staff accommodating, pleasant but above all knowledgeable. Both Pat and Jim have been in and around the industry for a long time. From my point of view, Purrfect Auto is just great. I will continue to use their services with confidence and trust. more

Great service! 5/18/2011

I?ve been going to Purrfect Auto for more than a year for my regular oil checks & maintenance. I have never had a bad experience. The managers have always been friendly and they always explain exactly what does (and doesn?t) need to be done and why. They now have a system where you can keep track of your services online, which I find very helpful (and very accurate). I had a horrible experience at my dealer and now consider myself a loyal customer. more
