Great service 12/21/2013

Brought our vehicle in for an oil change, and to fix the a/c which had recently stopped working. They determined the a/c problem and fixed it, and the car was returned on clean and on time. The only thing they were unable to fix is that there is a mystery sound of liquid sloshing they were not able to identify. They believed it might be a plugged condensation drain but that did not prove to be the issue. We were not charged for that investigation. more

Worth going to 12/20/2013

I have had a few repairs and smog checks done. Every time they were easy to talk to, patient,reliable, on time,pleasant. My car performed better after a check up with Purrfect than from my dealer. more

The guys at perfect auto 79 are great. Jim always greets me and is great about calling me when my car is done. Even waiting for me when I forget what time it is. It is very convenient to my work and I have never taken my car anywhere else since I have owned it. Thanks guys more

I needed a brake switch replaced. They gave me a reasonable price. Did the job quickly and were easy to deal with! As a woman finding a repair shop that doesn't take advantage of you is not easy. I found this place to be honest and competent and reasonable. That's all one needs! more

Your company was recommended to me by my brother-in-law. I basically knew what was wrong, but you didn't jump to the upsell, just mentioned the possibility. Charged for Inspection Fee 10/23/2013

I was very disappointed Purrect charged me for the inspection fee of the power lock for $54 for my car. I though it shouldn't be charged me the inspection fee if I let them to fix my car. I paid them around $350 to fix the power lock and they even didn't check the tire pressure for me. When I paid, I asked if they checked the tire pressure for me. They sais yes and I found out they didn't. I will never go back to this shop. more
