Smog Check 7/4/2013

This visit was only to get a smog check, but I've been using them for a couple of years now. They got me in quickly since I called ahead. They make a point to go over the results and make sure all of the details are covered. more

the labor is a bit pricey 6/6/2013

It is quite a bit pricey. The service was charging about $100/hr just for the labor (2 hours). Refused to correct my bill with AAA discount. Thankfully, my car is moving again after the break down, although they are not 100% sure about the cause and only replaced the sensor which is suspicious. (It's strange; I don't blame them.) The service was reasonably fast. (only took 1 day). I'm content with the service as long as the problem doesn't show up again. more

Oil Change and a Smog Check 5/29/2013

This was my first time to Purrfect Auto and I am always very skeptical of auto places. They were great. Completed an oil change and a smog check in just under two hours which is fine because I left the car with them. The price was very reasonable. The guys I interacted with were very nice. And the most important part - no one tried to upsell me on a transmission flush or brake fluid change. That's the best part. more
