I took my car in because it was smoking. I had the engine rebuilt by Purrfect Auto in January 2013. It seems as though they did a great job of fixing it this time, and it was under warranty. I was disappointed, though, that they wouldn't help me pay for any part of the rental car I got. It wasn't my fault that the car needed to be brought back. I think they should have paid for the rental car...at least some of it ! My rental car cost me another $800 above the cost of the original engine rebuild. That cost $6000. I don't think I should have been responsible for the entire rental car bill. However, I have been generally pleased with the service at Purrfect Auto !
