Prestige is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We have had air conditioning problems since April and it is now August. They have been to our home about 10 times and they can't fix my air conditioner! The people who work in the office are the most unprofessional people any company could hire. They will not return phone calls and then blame it on ""the new girl."" Their ""techs"" would come out, find a problem and tell us they would ""be back tomorrow."" Not only do they not show up, we never even get a courtesy call letting us know anything. We have been without our air conditioner for almost 2 weeks. During those 2 weeks, the temps outside have gone to 116 degrees and the temps in our house have been over 120! Why don't we just hire someone else? Well, we are renters and the owner has a home warranty company called American Home Shield (another company to stay away from). THEY hired them and we don't have a choice. Every time the ""techs"" come to my home, they seem to find a new problem and have to order a new part. I guess Prestige doesn't believe in overnighting anything. We are told when the parts will be in but getting someone to install them has been an ordeal. We are still waiting on the air we pay good money for each month. Whatever anyone does, don't hire Prestige. Ask around, they are a joke. We have since found this out from about 7 other people who have had the same problems. If you do hire them, I hope you have better luck than we have. I won't even give them 1 star but the website wants at least 1!!!
