It was one month from initial service call to time of completed service. They billed me for several ""new"" parts and used the old ones. They charge a 3% ""convenience fee"" for credit cards. I called them 4 times to correct this billing problem with no results. I went to their office to see if I could get it straightened out. To use a word in another review they were VERY "" confrontational."" I did some investigating and found out that they did not obtain the permit they charged me $250 for. They sent a Representative to my home to ""verify"" that used parts were used. I told him about the permit and he called the office and told them "" I knew they didn't get the permit."" He and I agreed on a bill about $650 cheaper. A few days later I came home from work to find a permit attached to my front door (8 days after work was completed). I called the company to see if the bill was still the same as what we had agreed upon and the dillwad in the office said I had to pay for the permit ($250). I called the permitting office and they told me Prestige got the permit that day for the amount 0f $47.50. This company is a JOKE from top to bottom!! Screw the customer for EVERY thin dime they can get.
Cons: I may have to use the legal system to get this straight
