Don't trust Prestige with your home! Several years ago, they installed a gas furnace in my property. Prestige didn't keep the air intake duct separate from the gas supply line. There could have been a fire or explosion. When the gas company refused to turn on the gas for a new occupant, Prestige was notified. They did NOT rush to correct their error or even apologise for it. When I insisted that they correct the situation so the gas could be turned on safely, they said they would have to charge me for fixing their mistake. I got a bill for $455 for flashing around a return air duct. The labor was billed at $130 per hour. I plan to take them to court.
