We had a hard time getting Prestige to return phone calls. They were feferred to us by our home warranty company. We had to do all the phone work between the warranty co, Prestige and even the factory that had the part we needed. The quality of work so far is fine- we'll see- we just needed some more communication, as it was 2 mos. between our first evaluation and the repair. more
