Not my choice to use these bozos. My home ins. co. has a contract with them. They finally (we've been waiting 18 days) installed a new water heater. Was charged $175 for an expansion tank that was not installed (required by code) when they installed the water heater and $25 for a local permit (doubt they even got one). Now , I'll have to make 'noise' for them to get the expansion tank and install it.
Pros: they are local
Cons: slow, slow, slow, slower, then they don't bring the repair items with them
