The serviceman arrived on site and made some quick observations and knew from experience exactly what to look for. Since my equipment was installed by Paul W. Essie, Inc. it was a straightforward search which soon led to the culprit, a poorly secured wire bundle during manufacturing. A few minutes of repair, double checking the unit and we were back on line. I have used Essie for 20 years, maybe more, and have always been pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the work. more

Air Conditioning Repair 5/5/2018

Our field technician was the best service person that we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He was informative, honest, and helpful. He went above and beyond to restore our air conditioning before the weekend. We needed service on a Friday for our broken AC unit and our normal repair place could not get anyone out to us until Wed. Essig sent a tech out that same day. We purchased a service plan because we know that we will stay with this company. The tech is really the person that won us as a forever customer. more

Jesse M. was great in diagnosing our problem, recommending a fix, doing very fine work, and then explaining how the newly installed items worked. He even came back the next day for a follow-up. Air Conditioning set-up 4/14/2018

The Service Technician was very polite, considerate, and knowledgeable in his job. He was here to set-up my Air Conditioner which was purchased from Paul W. Essig Inc. in early December 2017. He performed the work in less than one hour and left the area in the exact condition it was in when he arrived. more
