I was a little disappointed the tech was only there 30 mins checking everything plus it was mentioned in the invoice that the blower cap needs repaired but nothing was mentioned to my wife who was the only one home at the time. Barry was courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. This was the first time I used Essig and found the company to be exceptional from the ease of scheduling, reminders of the work date, when he was on his way to my house and payment on the spot when the job was finished. We have a very old 1835 farm house. Nothing is exactly how it should be! Paul Essig sent Aaron out to our house, he took his time and made sure everything was right! He also explained to me each step of the way what he was doing. Two days later we had another failure with the same pipes. Aaron requested the call on a Saturday that he was not scheduled to work to come out and take care of the problem! Our house has a character of it's own and he honestly enjoys figuring it out and making it right!! Fabulous work ethic and total professionalism! We signed a service agreement, we are with Essig till they give us a reason not to be! I would like to add that we had our boiler serviced by Joseph who is also with Essig! Again, total professionalism and a commitment to completing the job. Joseph stayed above and beyond to make sure everything was right! One more note... before Essig I called numerous plumbers, most I had to call twice and never had any follow through at all! I never had to do that once with these guys! Ricky more

Essig’s quote was reasonable, I could get on the schedule quickly (important for me since my oil tank was almost out), and they did great work. Justin communicated well, and the guys did a nice job with no mess left behind. Weston put in my ductless system almost 5 years ago. These have been a few hick ups with the system and Essigs has sent individuals to repair it by the next day. We recently had a problem that required the condenser to be replaced. Weston was to one who came out again for the replacement job. He has always been very kind and professional. He was glad that we are able to get the system fixed under the warranty and Essig as a company made this happen. I am very glad that I chose Essig to put in this system and to stand behind their work and this product. I would recommend Essig and ALL of their servicemen who I have had the wonderful experience of meeting to continue to work on my home. more

I have always had awesome service from Essie. Any time that I have had a problem with my ductless air system they have been out to my house the next day. They have sent out supervisors as well as the manufacturer representative to fix my system. I will always recommend Essie and their service people as well as their supervisors. more

In the last few weeks I've had technicians from Essig for my AC and rust in my water, Jesse and Tim. Both were professional and knowledgeable. Before entering my home they donned shoe covers to protect my floors; not necessary in my book but a good practice. Jesse did a thorough review of my water system, explained everything and provided estimates before he left. I received all the estimates from him via e-mail the same day, He was also able to provide information on the payment plan that was possible. The technicians are here today and tomorrow to install a water softener system with UV, etc. Tim diagnosed my AC problem (blowers not working) and explained what was going on with what would need to be done. He provided pictures of the issues (mostly due to me not having the time to clean filters, etc.) . He was able to get my AC up an running the same day. Because I know the company leadership is honest and reliable I have not felt the need for second opinions. I receive texts and e-mails notifying me of who will be coming and when, the technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Essig to anyone with plumbing, heating and cooling needs. more
