Yearly Heating System Check 11/1/2016

Mike W was the technician to come out and service my heating system for the yearly check. Mike is a consummate professional and personable which makes this yearly check easy. Hope to have him come back to check my a/c unit in the spring. more

Mike W was on time, pleasant, and easy to talk to. He explained things clearly and answered all of my questions. He found that our air filter needed replacing and replaced it on the spot, and he clearly informed me of the price of the replacement filter before he installed it. I have only positive things to say about Mike W and the service we have received from Essig. more

Outstanding and fast service 7/21/2016

The customer service is excellent - from calling first thing Monday morning after a Sunday voice mail, to a prompt service appointment. Mike W did an excellent job of explaining the problem with my a/c and the varying repair options.I will definitely use them again! more

Furnace Repair 2/12/2016

During a routine maintenance call on 2/9/16 the Essig technician discovered a faulty part, which would potentially cause the furnace to malfunction. The part was ordered. On 2/11/16 Essig called to inform us the part was in and could be installed the next day. Essig called on 2/12/16 to inform us the technician was on his way. When he arrived the technician went right to work to replace the part. He finished in less than an hour, with no noticeable disruption of service. The service provided was done in a timely manner. Both Essig technicians were professional and courteous. more
