The serviceman arrived on site and made some quick observations and knew from experience exactly what to look for. Since my equipment was installed by Paul W. Essie, Inc. it was a straightforward search which soon led to the culprit, a poorly secured wire bundle during manufacturing. A few minutes of repair, double checking the unit and we were back on line.
I have used Essie for 20 years, maybe more, and have always been pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the work.
