Weston put in my ductless system almost 5 years ago. These have been a few hick ups with the system and Essigs has sent individuals to repair it by the next day. We recently had a problem that required the condenser to be replaced. Weston was to one who came out again for the replacement job. He has always been very kind and professional. He was glad that we are able to get the system fixed under the warranty and Essig as a company made this happen. I am very glad that I chose Essig to put in this system and to stand behind their work and this product. I would recommend Essig and ALL of their servicemen who I have had the wonderful experience of meeting to continue to work on my home.
