We have a very old 1835 farm house. Nothing is exactly how it should be! Paul Essig sent Aaron out to our house, he took his time and made sure everything was right! He also explained to me each step of the way what he was doing. Two days later we had another failure with the same pipes. Aaron requested the call on a Saturday that he was not scheduled to work to come out and take care of the problem! Our house has a character of it's own and he honestly enjoys figuring it out and making it right!! Fabulous work ethic and total professionalism! We signed a service agreement, we are with Essig till they give us a reason not to be! I would like to add that we had our boiler serviced by Joseph who is also with Essig! Again, total professionalism and a commitment to completing the job. Joseph stayed above and beyond to make sure everything was right!
One more note... before Essig I called numerous plumbers, most I had to call twice and never had any follow through at all! I never had to do that once with these guys!
