The main change that needs to be made is having to set aside 4 hours for a service call. This is extremely inconvenient and is, by itself, reason to choose another provider. RESPONSE FROM One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning: We have several different time frames for arrival depending on your need, weather its for an emergency service visit (as little as 1 hour) or a routine cleaning visit (at the most 4 hours). more

AC went out during the night. I found One Hour Heating and Cooling on servicemagic.com. They were able to come out that morning and fix my issue. They were quick and very professional. I was very pleased with their overall service and will be busing them again. more

Great experience 7/10/2011

Our AC went out on a holiday weekend. One Hour Heating and Air was able to get to our house within an hour or two of calling them. The repair technician was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job getting our air conditioning unit back up and running quickly. more

Great Company - Definitely Primary Service Provider Material 6/14/2011

I spoke to 4 other service companies before calling One Hour Heating and Air. All 4 were difficult to work with, to get prices or to get scheduling. I have received nothing but great service from One Hour Heating and Air from the 1st contact. Each person I dealt with has gone above and beyond to provide me with the service and information I needed. Just from one service call I can tell that the technical staff cares about what they do and they educate as well as service. I had a complex issue which required the shut down of my system over the weekend. First thing Monday morning the office called to get me set with the remaining work. They did the follow up visit at no charge and had my system back up and running before the morning is offer. The front office stays in communication with the technicians and provide a great interface between the two. I will be making One Hour Heating and Air my primary service company. And I feel comfortable enough with their work to recommend them to others. more
