One comment, about the final job results. When installing a 95 efficient gas furnace, they had to install separate vents for the fresh air intake and the exhaust. The results were to white PVC pipes sticking out of the front of my house. The furnace in located in the basement and in the front corner of the house. It may have been better to have the pipes sitcking out the side of the house instead. And may be use a different color that wouldn't be as noticeable. more

I am extremely happy with the job One Hour Heating and Air conditioning did installing two Trane heat pump units in my home. Mike Ellett (Sales Manager) was very knowledgeable about his product and rebate opportunities I was unaware about. The guarantees offered by One Hour Heating and Air conditioning were not equaled by any of the other companies I contacted. Mike had two teams work on my job so that both systems would be installed in one day. Their installation team was very professional and efficient. I feel installation is the key to having units with few problems in the future. I had a wonderful experience One Hour Heating and would recommend them to all my family and friends. more

Good Service but a few suggestions 12/1/2010

It would be great if the technician came with all necessary parts to do service like filters, etc. Numerous times I have been told that they only have one filter and will have to come back. No big deal, but would be better if they come prepared. Also related is that they should be able to know what kind of maintenance you have on your units when they show up. On several occasions I have been asked to make a decision on whether to fix something because they did not know I had a 10 Year warranty on parts and labor. Just those little things would make it "excellent" service. All in all, the technicians are very nice and I will continue to use One Hour. more
