The technicians and design team members of OneHour Heating and Air have done a fantastic job on my 60-yr old house which was never designed to have central air. They had a special challenge in upgrading and designing a previously poorly installed system. I have had only good experiences with this company, and have no hesitation in recommending them. more

EXCELLENT PRESENTATION OF PRODUCT AND EFFICIENT INTALLATION OF FURNACE, A/C UNIT. 10/25/2010

SALES PRESENTATION WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. I PURCHASED 2 HEAT PUMPS AND A/C UNITS FOR MY HOUSE AT VA. BEACH JAN. 2010. THEREFORE I CONTACTED THE COMPANY IN RICHMOND FOR ADVISE. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER, NEAT, CLEAN, ETC. ALL OLD EQUIPMENT WAS REMOVED. INSTALLERS WERE NEAT, POLITE AND EFFICIENT. THE FUNCTIONING OF THE FURNACE WILL BE EVALUATED AFTER A FEW MONTH'S USAGE. more

As always your service has been excellent. I have use you for 15 years now and have no complaints. You call to remind me of the service give me a time and then call that day to verify that he will be there between such and such a time. And he is always here. Additional $41,.00 for air handling unit water pan maintenance 10/4/2010

Your greatest strength is your personnel. Everyone who has come out to our home has been extremely polite and helpful. I believe your preventive maintenance program could be improved by simply including the water pan treatment for the air handling unit and not charging an additional $41.00 since your service personnel are already on site, and it is a part of a thorough preventive maintenance program. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. more

Excellent 10/2/2010

One hour heating and air called to schedule our routine maintenance which is one more thing I did not have to remember. They scheduled the call, followed-up to confirm and called again to say they were on their way. The service tech was excellent and as always, was sure to cover his boots up and leave the area clean when he was done. more

The Technician was good but seemed to be new. 9/30/2010

Technician was professional and polite. He seemed new and took a very long time. He was here from 8am-9:30am. He sat in his truck initially for almost 20 minutes doing paperwork. more
