I lived in a gorgeous house with my wife Janine and my three children in Seattle; we were very happy here but my company decided to promote me and work in a different city, so we had to make the hardest decision of our lives. Leaving this house was difficult, but we could purchase a very nice house in the new location, which is Washington DC. We have a lot of heavy furniture and we wanted to rely on a company to take care of these belongings to load them and unload them in the most efficient way. When we hired you, we found the best deal and the best staff, the moving was fast, stress-free and safe. Keep on working that way! more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We had to move one apartment over (as in five feet away). They ripped our leather couch in several places, threw all of our belongings lazily into boxes with no labels, no organization, and no care. My dry-clean only blouses, which were hanging in the closet, were crumpled in a ball and shoved in a box. They didn't put our glass table together properly and it collapsed. My toiletries spilled. My art supplies were all tossed together and crumpled. My necklaces, which were hanging on a rack, were all thrown together in one bag. I don't know that I'll ever be able to properly detangle them. This should have been a fast and easy move but it was MISERABLE. I can't find anything and the things that I do find are ruined. Please save yourself the trouble and use a different company! more

I can't believe the company that has damaged property, kept missing property due to neg reviews I posted (oh and I said they were unethical and unprofessional so I was rude as well) they also doubled the cost (increased it a second time, a decision my daughter had to make after her apt was moved into their truck and not delivered)\r \r This is the same company? Wish I would have seen the other reviews prior to using them. more

This is a great option if you are planning to move. They offer a very complete service, that includes packing. I had never had other people pack for me and I loved; it wasn't expensive at all. As far as I know they have coverage in all the country which is an advantage too. more
