I had the unfortunate pleasure of having this company move me. I had done my research and decided not to use them. I went with a company called Nice Guy movers who gave me a quote of $326 after I gave my complete inventory to them over the phone. I received a call on the day of the move fromNeighbors moving, who I found out was affiliated with Nice Guy movers, had I known this the day before the move I would not have used them. I had setup my move to be done in the afternoon and told them to come between 2 to 2:30pm. They called beforehand and told me that its late in the afternoon and we charge overtime after 5pm, so they suggested that I use 3 guys instead of 2 so it will be done quickly. I was unaware of this ""overtime"" charge as per my quote from Nice Guys. Needless to say they came and loaded an already packed studio apartment worth of stuff in 1.5 hours and SLOWLY drove to my new place that is 3.5 miles away and unloaded. This was suppose to cost $326 and I got a bill for $532. Ohand to top it off they hold your big pieces of furniture for ransom in the truck until the cash or credit card is in hand. They then threaten you over the phone to pay them now or they will take your stuff and keep it until you pay and then charge you a new delivery charge for bringing it back. The guy's name who likes to talk to his customer's like an ass is named Steve. He told me that I was lying about how much stuff I had. This company is horrible, the workers were nice and didn't disagree when I said their boss was an ass and a thief. That should say something. I think I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and the State of Washington on Monday. Do NOT use them!!!!! more

Thank you so much for your service. The crew you sent to move us (Steve and Mike in Yreka and Steve, Mike, Deshawn, and Ceasar in Anacortes) were great. Professional, efficient, and careful. They had terrible conditions to work in both days. We had freezing fog in Yreka and we were greeted with wet sloppy snow in Anacortes. It was cold and slippery, but they were careful and got the job done efficiently. When we move from the storage unit to our house in a couple of months, I will contact you to find out how I can return the padding that they left behind. We have moved several times. You guys did a very good job. Dave Ceccarelli was a pleasure to work with, and represented your company well. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and did a good job with follow-up. The driver and crews were straightforward and worked hard on both ends. Thanks for all the help. more

Prompt, helpful response to a request for quotes I made on the internet. I was impressed with the level of service I received over the phone while talking to your office staff. Also the price was close enough to what I would have paid to hire local movers at each end of the trip and drive a rental truck that any potential savings was small enough to be not worth the hassle. more

I chose your company based on customer reviews I read. Everyone said that your company was quick, friendly, and professional and I found this to be true. Your moving team really went above and beyond to make sure all of my items were moved into my new home. We moved into a 3rd story condo and the guys did a great job getrting all of our stuff in with a smile. I was very pleased. more

I will say that the range of satisfaction ... is between 8-10. I have used your services before and was pleased at that time as well. I recomend your company to all my friends that I know who and when they are ready to move. I do believe that your prices are a little pricey for some of my friends, but I have four children and a husband who is working all the time and can't take time to move our residence. If I am ever in need of your services I will definitely use your company again. I do wish your company great success and growth in the future. more
