AWFUL!!! We hired neighbors to pack, load into pods and then unpack us 2 months later when our home was finished being built. When the packers showed up, they had NO IDEA how to pack anything! It was awful- they didn't come with enough supplies (really?) and so they took short cuts and did things put packing tape on all of our kids board games and puzzles. Now that we're unpacking, and taking that tape off, we're ruining all of those boxes. We also found entire drawers from multiple rooms of the house just dumped into the same box. You would think that this haphazard way of packing would make it fast... it wasn't. We got charged WAY over the estimated hours. The next day load up day. What a disaster. They clearly had very little to no training and it took forever. It was the worst. So, we called and complained. Several times. It took forever to even get someone to call us back. And then we we said we were unhappy about what happened with the loading (we were still blissfully unaware at that point that the pack job was a mess) and we wanted some of our money back since they were a mess, we got the run around. And I mean we called and emailed them daily for several days until we basically annoyed them into a partial refund. Mind you this whole time they were telling us that it was their mistake and it wasn't how it should have happened, totally owning up to making the mistake, just not wanting to do anything about it. \r Then came unload day. The crew was awesome. BUT it was all over shadowed by the fact that they had no idea where any of the boxes went because the packing crew just threw our stuff from different rooms and areas of the home into boxes. We had legs to our bed that normally should have just been taped to our bed so that we could put it together easily. I had to hunt for those legs and found them... in 3 different boxes. Huh? \r When we called and talked to Randy (gen manager) about what happened and explained that unpacking is now going to take us hours longer than it should because this pack job is a mess, his suggestion was to have one of his guys come to help unpack. Ummm... the same guys that created this kind of mess?! Thanks! Geesh. Take it from me- this place is terrible. There are many choices when you pick a moving company. This isn't the one you want to choose. more

My last move with your company was a very pleasant experience. I was worried because I have lots of glassware and china and even when I used lots of paper to wrap and pack these things, I was afraid of unpacking to see some of my plates broken; luckily for me, these guys treated my boxes with care and they knew which boxes had fragile items, so they were very organized and attentive. They were very helpful. They went above and beyond their requirements and I am very appreciative of them. They have reasonable pricing. They were very flexible and had to work with my schedule because I had to defer it two or three times. They are accommodating as they had to remove stuff from the back of the house and had to go downstairs. I had used other moving companies in the past but the experience with this company is simply nice. more

Is not easy to find reliable movers; I had bad experiences in the past so I became skeptical about it. I needed to move to a bigger house so I needed experts on lifting heavy furniture and appliances. Your company gave me a nice service and I am pretty happy with the results! Those guys were very efficient and they were very careful on carrying my chairs and tables. more

The whole experience was great, from the first phone call to the truck pulling away. They matched quotes from other movers and the crew that came out was fabulous. My experience was EXCELLENT and that was dealing with an apt moving date and a purchase closing date- at the end of the month- which is the craziest time of the month to move!! \r The guys that showed up worked hard and fast and were very courteous. I am soooooo glad that I paid the money for them to move everything- saved me and my hubby from injuries and fighting- wonderful value!! more
