My 19 year old daughter was required to be moved out of her first ever apt by 6pm. My daughter had lived there for a year . Friends had helped her move to her new apt the day before . At 2:30 pm the 7th, my daughter phoned me in a panic, saying the friends were not able to fit a remaining couch and double bed and mattress in their van. These items were to go to her grandmothers garage that afternoon. I frantically got online and found excellent reviews about Neighbors. I called and Eric was very kind and helpful . Eric was able to arrange movers to arrive at my daughters apt in 2 hours! The movers were on time and professional. They carefully loaded the items and transported them. My elderly mother was impressed by how pleasant and organized the movers were as they delivered the furniture. I had paid the initial estimate over the phone by credit card and my mother paid the remaining amount by credit card also. Neighbors truly saved the day for us, my daughter handed in the apt keys right on time! We will use your company for all future moves and will recommend you to our friends. We will give you much prior notice in the future too! Neighbors rates a strong 10 by us! more

I am completely satisfied with my move with Neighbors today. My crew (Abel, Jowan, and Jeff) were on time, very courteous and professional, and did a very quick job, but were very fastidious with my furniture at both ends. My total bill came to $332.50. Neighbors was recommended by a friend, and I will not hesitate to recommend Neighbors to my friends and family. I have to keep my household goods in a storage locker at this juncture, but when I am ready to relocate to a permanent residence, I will call you again, and hopefully I will be able to have the same crew. They were exactly on time! Extremely professional, and very couteous! Willingness to beat other offers and flat rate. Please note that when I was quoted my rate it was for 2 men, yet 3 showed up; ensuring that the job was done correctly and quickly. I still only paid for 2 men... good job! more
