If I could give them zero stars, I would. We had to move one apartment over (as in five feet away). They ripped our leather couch in several places, threw all of our belongings lazily into boxes with no labels, no organization, and no care. My dry-clean only blouses, which were hanging in the closet, were crumpled in a ball and shoved in a box. They didn't put our glass table together properly and it collapsed. My toiletries spilled. My art supplies were all tossed together and crumpled. My necklaces, which were hanging on a rack, were all thrown together in one bag. I don't know that I'll ever be able to properly detangle them. This should have been a fast and easy move but it was MISERABLE. I can't find anything and the things that I do find are ruined. Please save yourself the trouble and use a different company!
