Neighbors Moving and Storage is Great!! I used them about a year ago and then more recently. They were actually rushing so I didn't get charged more. They took such great care with everything and asked many directional questions. Not in any way shape or form lazy. These guys (both times) were outstanding. And they're the only ones in town I have found where I didn't have to pay a stupid 'overtime' rate on Saturday. Come on, are you serious? Also, they took my request not even 2 days before my big move. I promise this is true. I believe reading from these other reviews that these people were not up front with the moving company. You must be honest with what you want them to move from the get go, that way when the charges come in you will not be surprised. I will never use another moving company again and I will definetely reccomend Neighbors Moving and Storage to anyone who hates moving as much as I do (it's ALOT). Pros: Inexpensive, hard working, transparant and nice. Cons: Can only order one sized truck more

Tons of damage to my belongings as well as the house I moved from. They took 4 hours to move me (1 person with 1 bedroom worth of stuff and boxes piled for them in the garage)! I have been trying since May to get a damage claim filed with them but they refuse to return phone calls and will only respond to mail sent certified.\r \r These guys are definitely in the business of scamming people out of their money. Horrible company. They low-ball quote on the phone to get your business and then overcharge you on the day of the move. Extremely dis-honest people, do not trust them with your move. Cons: Everything more

2 P.M. was the Pre-set arrival time. 5 phone calls with nothing but lame assed excusses. We contacted the Bet Bus Bur after they left.. Did I forget to mention that they did'nt show up until 6 P.M.? and the Apartment Manager said no moving after 5 P.M. The movers were told this and had the nutts to tell her she was only going to get 50% of her deposit back.. Lawyers we have.. and Much Better than anyone they can come up with.. They just tried to dog a C.E.O for Costco.. Whoops on their part.. And with a few other class action law-suits already to strart in court against them, The Company is ours.. Nationwide.. This company sent movers that refused to load most of our heavy stuff! The reason you hire a professional mover duh! We ended up moving the washer and dryer as well as many other things. We paid Neighbors Moving almost $1,000.00 for a move we had to complete ourselves. I faxed a complaint to Neighbors Moving and Storage along with tariff 15-C (DO NOT ever hire a mover without reading this first you can find tariff 15-c on The WUTC site and searching for Tariff 15-c ) telling them I would be filing a complaint with the Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission if this issue is not resolved soon. That afternoon I received a phone call agreeing to resolve this issue if I agreed to NOT file any complaints. They wanted to negotiate the amount of the settlement but I had a number I felt was fair and stuck to it. I did receive a settlement check within 7 days of signing a document that stated I would not hold them responsible for any further financial liability in this incident. BE WARNED KNOW YOUR RIGHTS IF YOU USE THESE GUYS OR ANY OTHER MOVER! more
