Strange Code 5/2/2012

I had a strange code that was preventing me to upload to my website. It actually ended up being outside the normal scope of support, but Jessica gave it a whirl anyway and ended up fixing my problem! She is so wonderful to work with and I highly recommend Nexcess. The support staff is truly wonderful and lifesavers! more

Excellent is very bit for describe Nexcess 5/1/2012

Nexcess have all the best of neccesary for an excellent global service/product: - Excellent product: In my case Magento SIP-100, works like a charm. I was tried some dedicated managed hostings (not magento specialist) and I was have problems each 2-3 days. With nexcess I never have any hosting problem and now loads very fast! - Excellent support: I was have replied all my questions, is not a problem for this boys if is very easy or very hard to solve, only take some minuts for the reply, most times solved in first reply. This boys never go to the bed hehe, I was sending questions in any hour and I have my reply, technical or comercial, is not a problem. I am very happy with nexcess!! :) Sorry for my bad english. more

web site crisis handled fantastically 4/27/2012

We moved to Nexcess a few months ago at the recommendation of another of your customers. The service has been excellent and reliable but I am amazed at the customer service quality. An outside company made a mess of our site and Jessica Hunt solved this problem for us in a timely fashion and in a most professional manner. I do not give praise easily but she and your entire team is first rate and very deserving of my highest compliments and recommendations! Thanks you again! more

A++ Would Host Again 4/26/2012

As a former GoDaddy.com client, I thought web hosting was going to be a constant cycle of me: A. Dealing with incompetent tech support drones B. Consistently being on the lookout for an attempt to be ripped off C. Forcefully shouting threats to an automated phone directory system But then a moment of fate arrived. I switched to Nexcess and all my concerns melted away. They're responsive, considerate and just generally rock my socks off. Nothing but the highest compliments and recommendation. more

Can't recommend them enough! 4/25/2012

No matter what or when I have a problem, the support staff is always there with lightning fast responses, and actually fixes things, instead of just recommending articles, or instructions on how to do so. We've had a magento store running since the start of the year with them and it's been rock solid thus far, can't say enough about these guys, will be moving all of our other websites to them soon! more

Easily the best host I've ever used. 4/20/2012

I've had a ton of hosts in the past, but none of them comes even close to beating Nexcess. That's probably why I've switched almost all of my domains and hosting duties over to them over the years. Great staff who are always quick to reply to tickets and resolve matters. Sure, they cost a little bit more than your average host, but let's face it, you get what you pay for. Nexcess is worth the money. more

Broke it, Nexcess Got it Back 4/19/2012

I'm using Magento Community Edition on my Nexcess hosted site. I recently installed a Magento module that completely broke my website. This at midnight. I sent an email to support and within 15 minutes my site was back up and running albeit without the new module. Later that day they went above and beyond the call of duty to figure out the problem with the module installation and got it working. Very impressed! I'd recommend Nexcess to anyone that is considering using Magento. more

It's crazy to see how many excellent reviews they have but its all true. I've been with nexcess for 3 years and brought all my clients to them ever since. I don't trust anybody else to handle my Magento issues..quick response is a plus for my retail clients. more
