Nexcess has helped to make me feel very happy and wanted. :) I cleared bills and when they were cleared everything was dusted and done with from the past, they helped me rename my site and were quick to help. In building a social commerce product on top of Magento, we were looking for a Magento Host that knew what it was doing and would let us focus on our value additions. After a lot of research, we found Nexcess and I think they under promise and over deliver. I have not in the past 1 year of research seen a more optimized instance of Magento or a host that provides the kind of features they do for the $$ they charge. Highly recommended! We started out with a trial of a month and now we are religious converts :) more

I've used other web hosts, and what sets Nexcess apart is the customer service. I couldn't access my company site this morning, which is a huge problem for a small business owner. My previous web host would have told me to hire a developer to look through the database files to find the problem and fix it. Aaron Kim from Nexcess fixed my database error problem this morning through one email question to me. Next thing I knew, I got a message that he figured out what was wrong (a crash table in the database) and fixed it. My site worked again! Most small business owners rely on their websites to make money but can't afford to hire web developers and don't have time to troubleshoot technical problems. That's why I use and recommend Nexcess -- they make things right and go the extra mile to help customers. That's what makes loyal customers like me! :) more

I have experience with many "high end" hosting companies, including Rackspace. Our latest migration to Nexcess consist of a dedicated Magento server and content delivery network for 8 of our clients.
