I've found more and more that people just don't want to help. I call one company and they blame another - call that one and they blame the first one. It's a viscous cycle and as a consumer, it leaves you feeling frustrated and quite helpless! My experience with Nexcess has been completely the OPPOSITE!
When I first decide to explore hosting companies, I was going to start a Magento site. Magento recommended two hosting companies in the states. I emailed both of them. Being that it was 2am, I wasn't expecting to hear anything back. To my complete SHOCK, I received an email back from someone who not only answered my email but who also answered my questions. Quite honestly, it was love at first site! (ha ha)
I've never experienced anything quite like this. No matter what my question, you're there to help 24/7. And you don't just reference an article, you actually fix the problem for me! I can't even begin to tell you how much of an asset that is to me.
I've switched all of my sites over to Nexcess and tell all my clients to go with you. You're not the cheapest but you're definitely the best!
