Our last hosting company was worst than hell ! We ran away and we found Nexcess ! And now it's a true heaven. Servers are stable and efficient, optimized for our needs, no useless admin panel and ununderstandable control dashboard, we can now focus on our main activity in serenity. And support is also outstanding, friendly and the last but not the least, they know what they are talking about. We should spend more money with Nexcess, no doubt we would do it. more

From the start of the process everything went smoothly. The sales person I spoke with explained their process, asked the right questions, and got us on a suitable hosting plan. The "Site Move" team was very knowledgeable and experienced and the migration of the magento store from the current host to Nexcess went flawlessly. The performance of their hosting environment is also very nice. Will defiantly come to Nexcess again for future Magento hosting clients. more

Service that's UNCOMPARABLE!! 5/9/2013

I've found more and more that people just don't want to help. I call one company and they blame another - call that one and they blame the first one. It's a viscous cycle and as a consumer, it leaves you feeling frustrated and quite helpless! My experience with Nexcess has been completely the OPPOSITE! When I first decide to explore hosting companies, I was going to start a Magento site. Magento recommended two hosting companies in the states. I emailed both of them. Being that it was 2am, I wasn't expecting to hear anything back. To my complete SHOCK, I received an email back from someone who not only answered my email but who also answered my questions. Quite honestly, it was love at first site! (ha ha) I've never experienced anything quite like this. No matter what my question, you're there to help 24/7. And you don't just reference an article, you actually fix the problem for me! I can't even begin to tell you how much of an asset that is to me. I've switched all of my sites over to Nexcess and tell all my clients to go with you. You're not the cheapest but you're definitely the best! more

I had been a long time Rackspace customer, abandoned ship a few years back when we moved to the Magento platform, which they were just starting to get familiar with, went to Crucial, who provided onlu a decent service, and then found Nexcess. I have never looked back. If you are using Magento, nexcess is the company to work with. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic and easily compares to Rackspace's "Fanataical service". I highly recommend Nexcess. more

With great server environment.. I'm customer since 2010, recommended to 3 companies I know, always get a swift response from the technical & sales team whenever we need help. Response time for the first email is less than 10 mins every-time which is the super awesome thing I must say.. none of the giants in web hosting provide so far. more

hi, my nexcess support called today was with a rep named colleen. she was very helpful, gave me great tips and pointed me the right direction to answer my inquries. the reason for the change is that my magento store was running really slowly with my previous hosting provider. while i am satisfied with changing my server hosting to nexcess so far. it has yet to be seen if nexcess is the answer to my site's speed. accordingly the sales rep, nexcess is designed to help increase my magento store... i suppose we will see in some time. more

Best Magento hosting in Europe 3/27/2013

I struggling terribly for a few months with different hosting companies because of appalling performance for Magento sites (think 20 seconds and more for each page load). I finally found Nexcess a few years ago and haven't looked back since. The performance of the hosting is EXCELLENT and the customer service is also brilliant with technically knowledgeable staff to help you out when you get stuck. HIGHLY recommended and I'm definitely a fussy customer ;) more

I've had to contact support once in 2 years and it had nothing to do with their servers. They were quick to respond. I havent even had to log into the admin section since I've set up the site. It just works! more

I've used about five different hosting companies over the last decade for my sites, but once I discovered Nexcess, I'v stuck with them for the last five years. No hosting company is perfect and things can go wrong with any site at any time no matter who your host is. What separates Nexcess from the rest of the pack is their 24/7 customer service which is second to none. No long hold times and a live person always picks up the phone. Even if your site crashes at 3AM, you contact them and they are there to solve and correct the problem. They don't have 2-3 techs that work 9-5, they have over a dozen and they all know what they're doing and are always willing to help. If customer service is important to you, go with Nexcess. If tech support is important to you, go with Nexcess. And if affordable pricing and a wide array of packages to suit every need is important to you, definitely go with Nexcess. more

FW: [AWNP-6589]: AOL Mail Delivery Issue 3/1/2013

Recently, AOL Email and selected other domains were non-deliverable. The same addresses have been deliverable for several years. Somehow, AOL was responding to an IP on my assigned IP assignments that was / is not being used. My belief is that a configuration issue arose in a recent incident when my sever was apparently 'hacked' and NEXCCESS helped discover and correct. At any rate, the NEXCESS support team is always gracious and helpful. Brett in particular was able to bring the errant IP association into line and has probably offered that I can make an even better setup and IP assignment for my Email Marketing Campaign Software more
