For most companies, I am a "Problematic" Customer because I always have a lot questions & concerns. I am a type of person I want to know every details & have a lot of hypothesis/questions. I enjoy seeking for assistance through Nexcess Technical Support. I am always impressed by your professional attitude and willing to solve problems for customers every time I called in. Nexcess is the only company I have dealt and carry this high work ethic. Absolutely top notch, patient support 3/27/2014

I've had many problems and challenges associated with helping maintain a website I did not develop or create for a small business. The support at Nexcess has been crucial to me figuring out how to do security compliance on a strange implementation and deal with challenges of using an older version of Magento. They've dealt with me for hours and have patiently attended to everything from a coworker accidentally deleting a database to going line by line through a PCI compliance report to address various security issues. I have been thoroughly impressed. Support is fast, friendly, helpful, and as mentioned, exceedingly patient. more

Excellent Support 3/21/2014

Over the past couple of week we've worked with numerous support staff at all times of day on 3 major new implementation projects. Each of them have responded quickly and were able to resolve my issue or point me to information that allowed us to resolve it on our own. With these new projects we were not always the subject matter experts but with Nexcess support we made it through. more

These guys have done so good for us i figured id write a review and add the all the others that have the opportunity to receive the great service provided by nexcess. I have always been able to get the help i need and when i make mistakes they can fix them. Its been pretty easy when they do all the work for you. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

Amazing Support 2/28/2014

i had so many questions when adding hosting to multiple domains; but they helped constantly the whole way. I don't think I would ever use another host, especially if I have a Magento site. Special thanks to Chris, who answered a few dozen questions from me! more

Fantastic, incredibly fast support 2/22/2014

These guys are incredibly professional, insanely fast, and super smart. When I call, I'm never on hold for more than 30 seconds. When I email, I get a reply within 1 minute. Their response and manner is always courteous and sincere. I love these guys! more

I no longer fear downtime! 1/9/2014

When my boss calls, I'm no longer afraid that it means my website is down! Nexcess has great dev tools strong in both functionality (SSH, git, etc.) and security (individually whitelisted SSH IP's, etc.) And most importantly, I went from 98-99% uptime at my old host to literally 100.00% uptime last month, 99.98% uptime the month before that. Go Nexcess! more

Excellent Customer Service 1/4/2014

I had been with another host for over three years and did not realize what I was missing. The customer service here is tremendous! They answer tickets quickly and even answer the phone and are very willing to help- even if it's something that they technically aren't responsible for. Can't even imagine service being any better. more

Fast and efficient customer care 12/9/2013

Their bandwidth is great, very efficient customer care service , responses within 30-45 minutes when they are busy otherwise within 15 minutes. Helpful with technical advice. Quite blunt if falls outside their region of expertise. Criticism: They are only committed to PHP. If they also hosted ASP hosting, they would be the best on the planet! more

Fast, Efficient & Amazing Support 12/9/2013

I have an Australian site and have been hosting with Nexcess for the past 3 months. I'm a little fish in the e-commerce ocean but I've had 5 star treatment from day dot! Support and Service is amazing. They respond within minutes any time of the day (and we're in a different time-zone!). I'd recommend them any day. more

Extremely Impressed 11/15/2013

Have dealt with dozens of hosting companies in the past. We are now using nexcess for Magento hosting, and have been extremely impressed with how the tech support staff went the extra mile to help us with a difficult patch we were having issues with. Everyone was extremely positive and helpful and kept at it until it was resolved. Thanks for a job well done. more

Outstanding customer service 10/11/2013

I strongly recommend Nexcess. I have been using them for years and rarely needed their support as their products are very intuitive. I recently made a mistake in setting up one of my domains. Not only did Nexcess locate the source of the problems this caused, but took the necessary steps to fix it by creating a secondary domain with the correct domain name, then they copied the content from the old domain to the new one. I am sure many of suppliers would have simply located the problem and left it for me to figure out how to fix it. Excellent support! Many thanks to the whole Nexcess team! more
