Nexcess Always Exceeds Expectations 8/13/2012

As a Magento online store owner there are always opportunities for unintended issues with extension installations. From time to time we experience this which can and has had an impact on our business. Our most recent was an issue of space combined with new extension installation. Our tech Nicholas did a great job of identifying the issue and assisting us without the need for a backup and restore. This was done quickly and with little down time. This is the level of service is what we have come acustomed to with Nexcess and would without reservation refer others to their services, whether you have one store or a multi-store environment. more

Hi, I typically do not write company reviews, however, Nexcess deserves to be recognized. I have a Magento online store that has been hosted by nexcess for 2 years now. In the 2 years I have been with Nexcess, my site has always run very fast, zero configuration issues and zero downtime (on nexcess's part). Now... On my part, I have wrecked my site on several occasions, had countless config questions, issues etc... This is what really sets Nexcess apart! Their support staff is bar none the best I have ever come across. They have had my issues solved, site restored, given guidance, offered tweaking tips etc... More times than i like to admit. Every time I have asked for help it has taken less than 20-30 minutes to get sorted out and fixed. By now I'm sure they cringe when my name pops in their support inbox, But I'd never know it because they are always friendly and professional, no matter what idiot thing i have done to screw up my site! Hats off to Nexcess, you will not find a better hosting solution out there for your Magento based hosting needs!! more

Great Customer Service!! 7/17/2012

We have had our websites hosted at Nexcess.net for a few years now. I'm not the most technically proficient person so I have had to ask Nexcess for help a number of times. Every time they have responded quickly and resolved my issue without hesitation. I have worked with many other companies including other hosting companies and have found the customer service at nexcess to be top notch!! more

Greatest customer service, completely exceeds any expectations 7/14/2012

Never would I expect a web host to sit up with me until almost 4am on a Friday night configuring my applications, but that's exactly what Greg at Nexcess just did. Their support team makes me feel like I'm their only customer and I'm constantly impressed by how quickly they respond to whatever I throw at them. I've been with numerous hosting providers over the years and Nexcess delivers a total package that tops them all. more

Really stepped it up 7/13/2012

Wanted to let you know that Nexcess support over the past few months has been phenomenal...much, much better than it was years ago. I'll continue setting up all my Magneto sites with you if this service continues. Greg has always been a long time standout, but some support tickets just took a long time in the past. Greg, Jessica, Ryan, Brett, Jaime, and other have been excellent over the past few months. THANKS AGAIN! more

I have dealt with so many people at Nexcess they are my personal tech team when I need them. You get what you pay for and sometimes you get a little more. Nexcess staff is amazing!!! 500 Server Error 7/10/2012

Shockingly good 7/9/2012

Have you ever received support so fast that you start to wonder about how many support people they must have at the company and what the logistics must be like? I hadn't until I requested support from Nexcess. The CSRs over there turned my half-formed questions into complete, implemented solutions practically before I could refresh my email. How did they do that? Just ... wow. more
