As a Magento online store owner there are always opportunities for unintended issues with extension installations. From time to time we experience this which can and has had an impact on our business. Our most recent was an issue of space combined with new extension installation. Our tech Nicholas did a great job of identifying the issue and assisting us without the need for a backup and restore. This was done quickly and with little down time.
This is the level of service is what we have come acustomed to with Nexcess and would without reservation refer others to their services, whether you have one store or a multi-store environment.
