I've used other web hosts, and what sets Nexcess apart is the customer service. I couldn't access my company site this morning, which is a huge problem for a small business owner. My previous web host would have told me to hire a developer to look through the database files to find the problem and fix it. Aaron Kim from Nexcess fixed my database error problem this morning through one email question to me. Next thing I knew, I got a message that he figured out what was wrong (a crash table in the database) and fixed it. My site worked again! Most small business owners rely on their websites to make money but can't afford to hire web developers and don't have time to troubleshoot technical problems.
