I strongly recommend Nexcess.
I have been using them for years and rarely needed their support as their products are very intuitive. I recently made a mistake in setting up one of my domains. Not only did Nexcess locate the source of the problems this caused, but took the necessary steps to fix it by creating a secondary domain with the correct domain name, then they copied the content from the old domain to the new one. I am sure many of suppliers would have simply located the problem and left it for me to figure out how to fix it.
