Stood out from all the rest 4/25/2006

Actually, I did research on bar schools, even before I moved to N.Y. online, and NYBS stood out from the rest at all time, then I visited schools when I cam out to N.Y. and again NYBS stood out from all the rest, I was also drawn to the international aspect of it. more

The most interesting 4/25/2006

You are the man! I had low expectations (for whatever reasons) of a bartending teacher, but you were funny, inspiring, well spoken, full of good bar stories, and seem to have an encyclopedic knowledge of drinks, liquors, spirits and techniques. I learned alot and had much more fun doing so than I had imagined I would. Thank you for a great week. more

The Best 4/3/2006

Great Instructor. Really has right personality and instruction technique to take full advantage of becoming a skilled and profficient bartender. Out of the 3 schools I checked out it was the best from a combination of appearance, course structure and instructor & office people first impression. more

I was right in my decision 4/3/2006

My instructor was a pleasure to work with he is extremely patient and is great at motivating others/especially when they have doubts in what they do. I would recommend him to anyone - he has made this experience fun, educational, memorable and all around wonderful. more

After doing research I found that the NYBS was the top school. I feel that Brian was an excellent instructor. Very informative. Also, explained real-life situations and what to do when we came acrsoss any. He drilled us very hard - he's an excellent instructor. more

Couldn't have made a better decision 2/6/2006

I visited the website and thought it was very professional and informative. So I took the chance and called. I spoke to Monica who asked me if I wanted to come in for a visit. I did and not only was she great, but I got to sit in on a class as well. My instructor was great. He is very knowledgeable, funny and easy going. If anyone needed help, he was there guiding them and making sure they understand the problem and the solution. more
