I searched online and visited a few schools. When I went to the free intro class on wednesday I learned so much about the school and even got to make a few drinks. I knew I had to join. I really enjoyed the classes and had great teachers. more

EXTREMELY EXCELLENT INSTRUCTORS 7/18/2005

Actual former graduates regerred the school to me as being extremely good and a fun experience. My instructor was an excellent intructor. He actually takes time to make sure his students are comfortable with the learning process and in the actual drink making. On a scale of 1-10 he definitely scores a 10 (10 being the best). Pros: good reputation, excellent, fun experience more

I believe I've had the best of the bunch, each instructor has their own style of bartending that gave me insight into the various types of scenes out there that I will have to become accustomed to. They are very easy going, very detailed oriented and when it comes to preference and style they always have some helpful hint to enlighten your views of bartending. The website really caught my eye, everything was well organized and very informative, no b.s. like most advertisements. It had a very professional outlook to what we would be evolving to be...Always motivating. more
