What can I say except thank you! The atmosphere, overall appearance and knowledge of everyone on staff is why I chose this school over the rest. Also, after watching the newsreport - I was convinced this was the school for me. more

They were all great - sharing lots of advice and funny stories about actually working the business. They gave tons of encouragement and made me feel like I really knew the drinks. Several friends recommended it and I checked with local bars and they all said it was the best. more

My instructor was GREAT! He knew everything about all we were learning, and more. He was realistic and helpful to everyone who needed help. He made this class relaxed, and fun and gave great ways to remember the drinks. After reading the website and visiting the school, I felt that this school had the most to offer and was very classy and professional. I CHOSE THE SCHOOL BECAUSE IT SEEMED TO OFFER THE BEST....AND THEIR WEBSITE WAS REALLY PROFESSIONAL LOOKING AND EVEN THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE WAS REALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MADE ME FEEL IMPORTANT LIKE I BELONGED HERE AT NYBS! Great Vibe 6/7/2005

I liked the vibe. It wasn't too expensive and it wasn't too cheap. Another place I went to was very high-pressured in trying to sell itself to me and I felt like that was their approach to bartending too, which I didn't like. more
